What Happens After You Order?

 

Every Signature Collection & Custom Wig goes through 3 phases. The phases are reflected in the 10-21 business day processing time before shipment.

 

PHASE 1

In the first phase we connect with our supplier to source your hair & create your custom cap. This phase begins 1 business day after your order & continues for 4-7 business days until we receive the hair.

 

PHASE 2

​

In the second phase our in house stylist customizes the lace (when applicable) + cleanses & treats the unit following any color customizations. This phase also includes any color jobs requested as well as custom cuts. This phase is generally between 6-14 business days ( orders are customized in chronological order)

 

 

PHASE 3

​

In the last phase your unit is styled & prepped for shipment. The unit is then sent on its way to you. depending on your chosen shipment method your unit will be at your door as quick as 1 day post shipment. This phase is generally 1-4 business days
